Here’s some Very Important Information from our Decoration Specialists Team about Your Artwork, Logo and Text for us to decorate your promotional products exactly how you want them.

Please take a moment to read these instructions and ask any questions you may have as soon as possible. This will ensure we get your job done within your required lead-time and with relaxed ease.

Fill in your name, their name and email address here and you’ll automatically email them a link to this page. (You can use this to email yourself too!)

Please select on one of the following that best describes the current status of your artwork:

1. I have electronic camera ready art file
2. I want to print a logo but do not have an electronic camera ready art file (and I may want to print text too)
3. I want to print text only

Here are your instructions to prepare your camera ready art files for us to use.

Please note that all artwork submissions must be in PC READABLE FORMAT ONLY. (CYMK art is not spot colour CRA. MAC based files cannot be accepted.)

Registration marks must be incorporated into the art as well. Please convert all text to out lines.

The file/s you send us must be complete with all desired text such as phone numbers etc. No placed or inserted images please. For your best results, we can only use art originated in the above art program can be accepted for printing of your promotional items order.

When you have all the above requirements prepared, please email the file to request@promopowerproducts.com

Please prepare your email to us as follows:
- In the subject line please include “CRA for order # and or company name”.
- Please add any additional comments in the text portion of your email and;
- Please include your contact information or the contact information of your graphic artist/designer.

- Remember to attach the file to the email

You may ship your artwork to us on a disk.  Please contact us to arrange this. Please print off a copy of the artwork and enclose it along with the disk.  And remember to reference your order and include your contact information on separate sheet.

Also, to save you time in the future, we’ll save your CRA file on our server making it quick and easy to re-order.

We maintain a full service decoration and graphic specialist team especially for you. We can complete and prepare your artwork for a nominal charge, starting from just $50. Upon placing your order, you may email a jpg, gif, or Word doc. to request at promopowerproducts.com and we will develop camera ready art for you.

Upon us completing your new CRA files, we will fax you a copy of the actual artwork so you can check spelling, numbers, etc.  This email will include a proof letter you can sign off on. Once we have all of that right, we’ll send you a file with your artwork included on the item/s you are having custom decorated

Also, to save you time and money in the future, we’ll save your approved artwork on our server so exact reprints in the future will not incur any additional fees.

Promo Power Products Decoration Specialists will prepare your artwork at no charge, using an in-stock font. You will be faxed a copy of your text only artwork for spelling and number checking before we proceed to final art for approval and then decoration.

If you have a particular font selection you would like to be used on your order, please indicate your top two font preferences. Typical stock font selection is taken from Microsoft Word XP. Although we will do our best to accommodate your request, we will recommend what constitutes a font suitable for printing on your selected promotional products.

Please note that different promotional products have different size print areas and printing methods. We’ll always recommend and suggest ‘best outcomes’ for you while still meeting your branding and style requirements.
